AFCD Executive Director

Brian Hall joined the Association of Florida Community Developers (AFCD) in September 2023 and currently serves as Executive Director. Since joining the organization, Brian has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing AFCD's mission and supporting Florida's community development organizations.

Prior to joining AFCD, Brian spent more than six years with two Fortune 500 companies, where he held positions in Corporate Security and Human Resources. His professional experience also includes serving as a law enforcement officer in both Florida and Georgia, providing him with a strong foundation in public service, leadership, and organizational operations.

Brian's diverse background across the public and private sectors enables him to bring a unique perspective to his leadership of AFCD, combining operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to serving communities throughout Florida.

Brian received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 2011. He lives in Tallahassee with his wife Ashley and his two daughters, Hadley and Willa.
